Arguably the most exciting trade of the offseason was the straight swap that saw Chris Paul join the Oklahoma City Thunder and Russell Westbrook reuniting with James Harden in Houston. Westbrook and Harden haven’t played together since 2012 where they made it to the NBA Finals with the Thunder


When the two played together in Oklahoma, James Harden was the sixth man while Russell Westbrook took the point guard position in the starting lineup. Harden has improved so much that he won an MVP Award in 2018 and was runner up for the award this season. Many are wondering how the two will go working together again and who will be the one to take charge on the offensive end as both stars are two of the most dominant players in the league with the ball in their hand.
